Golf Range Online Booking Policy

1. To book online please click through from our website on the book now buttons, which will then re direct to use www.yourgolfbooking.com

2. Customers can pre book bays and times online up to 90 days in advance.

3. Customers can book up to but no more than 2 bays and 2 times in one day.

4. Cancellations of bookings must be made online via the central booking system or at golf reception at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in the loss of any booking fees paid.

5. Cancellations of bookings before 24 hours, a full credit will be applied to the account to be used for a future booking, no refunds will apply.

6. The management reserves the right to revoke any booking or refuse entry.

7. All bookings require first name, last name and email address to be provided.

Loyalty Program

1. The proprietor is known as Plymouth Golf Centre.

2. Book and purchase 6 x 60 minute range booking and receive 1 x 60 mins FREE

3. Loyalty card credits are non-transferable.

4. Loyalty credits will expire when a card remains dormant (no usage) after 12 months and any balances will then be lost, no refunds.

5. Any disputes or complaints must be put in writing for the attention of the General Manager.

Termination of the Plymouth Golf Centre Loyalty Programme Scheme

1. Any registered loyalty program customer who misuses any facility at the Plymouth Golf Centre, or interferes with the enjoyment of other, will have all privileges terminated immediately.

2. In the event of termination by Plymouth Golf Centre golf management, the loyalty programme holder will lose all and any credit balance, no refunds.

Rules and Conditions for Plymouth Golf Centre

1. Any specific dress code and conduct introduced by the venue must be followed.

2.  The netting surrounding the golf range is there to protect the public and property. The Driving Range is covered by cameras recording 24/7 and anyone who hits a golf ball over any of the perimeter netting will be personally liable and held responsible for any injury or damage caused.

3. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Extra care must be taken when swinging golf clubs to safeguard injury, specifically:

* Practice swings within the bay on the golf mat only

* One person within a bay at any one time

* Be mindful of structural posts, bay dividers, power tees and Trackman Range screens within the bay.

5. Removing golf balls or golf ball baskets from the site is strictly forbidden, anyone caught will be prosecuted and any credit removed/lost.

6. All golf clubs hired must be returned to the golf reception, management reserves the right to charge for any golf clubs lost or damaged.

7. Customer will be responsible and liable for any reckless damages caused to the premises.

8. The management reserves the right to govern the use of all golf facilities as deemed necessary.

9. Foul language and any abuse to staff members or members of the public will not be tolerated. Any such behaviour will result in the person being banned from the site and using all facilities at Plymouth Golf Centre.

Liability

1. Plymouth Golf Centre cannot accept any liability for accidents or injury, due to neglect.

2. Plymouth Golf Centre cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to property belonging to any Plymouth Golf Centre customers, including all car park areas.

Data Collection

By submitting and booking using the “Your Golf Booking” system, you’re confirming that you’re happy for Plymouth Golf Centre to contact you to promote new services and promotional activities.

  • Plymouth Golf Centre requires a first name, last name and email address to make a booking.

  • This will allow you to make online bookings and receive confirmation of your bookings.

  • This is also to ensure you and other customers are protected whilst using the facility.

  • Your data will kept until you inform us to remove it by emailing enquiries@plymouthgolfcentre.co.uk

  • We will use your data to provide you with important updates and promotional material.

  • Your data will never be shared with any other organisation or third party.

  • You have right to withdraw consent at any time.
